I suppose with the excellent economics we could send them a bit of concentrate... to lock in the finance and to divesify U.S supply... would be helpful for our/their Pongolese friends in order to get this off the ground..(if your wondering about pongos-they are British soldiers)...
I suppose it is all geo strategic.
