There is one rather large difference between bricks and mortar stores and most of the internet stores and it's called "service"

Retail B & M stores keep cutting staff and selling off their shelf space and then have the audacity to blame the internet for their inability to manage a simple business

No service, no staff = no business

As for so many changing to being an on line service, if they follow their past records and don't give fair prices and excellent service they will go broke again
