EGR has started life under Spinks in the same way he ran KNL...with a missed timeframe...From the announcement today:
Final Investment Decision in mid-2020
A 3 month deadlay already ...oops delay
7 months for them to even make a decision on funding
No funding for anything until at least middle of next year...
