Furthermore, on page 23.....this statement "In addition to the debt financing described above, FAR may be required to raise additional funds in the future, in respect of the Sangomar oil field development or otherwise. There is no guarantee that FAR will be able to raise such additional capital when it is required, or on terms satisfactory to FAR. If FAR is unsuccessful in obtaining funding when required, it may need to consider alternatives including reducing its participating interest in the project."

So CR may not be over by 2023.
