The point about Europe saying new regs = electric or big tariffs is the only way to change things through people's wallets.
The end point being Nickel is coming for a MASSIVE shortfall = Huge Price Spike.
It's all about looking ahead and seeing what the rest of the market doesn't then selling into the mad rush.
