Is JAT creating a MONSTER, page-180

Very unlikley... I am not a day trader and like to invest medium (1yr) to long term (>5yr). I think JAT will only rise sporadically and on what I would call fluffy announcements. There are many companies out there with a very low EV compared to their revenue (like JAT).. but if management cannot communicate (or respond to shareholder enquiries) and continue to make poor decisions then the company is not for me. How much time and money would have been wasted on the whole consolidation matter? Why do it? We are not trading below 1c so at this stage consolidation did not seem necessary. Consolidation is only good once you are a lot cheaper and it is hard for the price to move without dramatically impacting the MC. A quick example below. Anyone wants to buy CYQ will double the MC overnight! JAT shareprice really does not have this issue..... yet!



Also prefer companies where management state their intentions as part of an SPP or CR. This has not been done and was one of my questions that has gone unanswered. A good example of something of what I am talking about is below for a company called 1ST which I have been in for many years.. Here is a snippet of one of their capital raises undertaken. Clearly states major shareholders and management and what their intentions are. Take a look at Michael Emmet.. a proposed director willing to underwrite to 200k!!! Even the company secretary is taking up his rights. How many time have we seen JAT mangement buy on market?
