I see your point. If you look through the thread on Jnity Mining alone towards the end and see the posts from hundreds of SH losing money and the way the MD and BOD handled the situation you would want to avoid a similar situation at IVR.
same for Laguna. When did management and the BOD know they were trading insolvent.
it’s easy for a MD to walk in and sack people, especially when existing SH’s are wanting change. The second stage though is where the true ability lies. What happened to the claims of identifying new projects? How do you identify new projects without a technical team?
when you are spending over $380,000 a quarter the raising isn’t going to sustain you.
