Not a great day for the company you'd have to say. Not a great day for Paul either. Plenty of egg on the face with deals delayed again. Just a walking disaster this management.

Cap raise a certainly now and very early in the year Id suggest. The only unknown is what kind of revenue has been earned.

Certainly there are some posters who can claim to have accurately predicted this series of events so none of this is a surprise to them. Others who have been predicting deals on a weekly basis all year and denying any need for cap raises will probably cheerfully shrug this off as nothing to see here, all going according to the master plan. Can't see this deterring those folk.

Trading over the next week will be interesting with deals off the table for the next month at least and interest in where the SP closes at prior to the consolidation. What will happen that will give clarity is a purge of all orders in NOR and NOROA requiring new orders placed in the temporary codes while consolidation is run. So where NOR closes prior I don't think makes too much difference.
