we all know this is the bottom

- Since VCR was granted unconditional approval of DT in March we have seen the SP hit a high of 40c but has since been trading at low 20's. We have seen many positive announc where in the past the SP would have certainly surged much higher.

- I think we all know the bottom is here, even if they do another CR....so more upside than downside (please note folks that I think I said this when the SP was at around 60c...LOL)
