Well, I can live with all that. A lot better then most of the other possible "goodnight sweetheart" ways this could have gone. Nothing can wash away the sins of the past, but at least there is path forward that might even be profitable, but I won't get too excited yet. Not sure how they will extract LIND from holding Granville assets, yet one would think conversations have been held and there is some agreement in principal with a lot of "subject too" items to cover off, otherwise this potential outcome would not have been crafted and released today.
