it's definitely a take over target, more so now then ever, but unfortunately if that was the case I don't see it being the $$$ valuation that we want as things currently stand.
The board and senior management have a lot to answer for. Imho I think a view has been taken and a large position has been built to probably 19.95%. The board has been resolute in not making change to its make up and in doing so reaffirmed that they are not the right directors to move the company forward that is in best interest for shareholders.
I hope that this new shareholder has a long term view on PNL and uses its weight to move on the arrogant dead wood on the board. we can all see the upside in PNL unfortunately heads need to roll and new blood brought in. A bid now after paying out the secured creditor Tribeca is not going to provide value or the return most will want. just my two cents worth. I think the next q update is critical
