Don't you get it, graphite agreements aren't worth the paper they are written on. Look at syr and mns, both had rick solid agreements, that could be teared up, or where onerous on them. By all means don't believe what other companies experienced, all the agreements are for is to lock up companies not selling products to competitors. The financial markets don't believe them otherwise you would have got finance in a heartbeat. Instead of this grinding ling slog with every avenues tried the door gets smashed into your face.

To top it off, graphite is a crap metal, hence the lack of finance in the industry
