    Pity the ASX does not show a lot more spine and teeth when it comes to its regulatory role...
    ’Shonky’ announcements, manipulative trading, esp by ‘bots’, short selling shenanigans etc etc.
    Total proof that ‘self regulation’ & voluntary codes of practice does not work as evidenced by banking, finance, energy, old age care etc etc etc. A strong regulator ‘who bites, draws blood, hurts and engenders fear (of being caught when being naughty)’ is needed.
