Dear OCV Shareholders
"LEGAL ACTION by "FORMER" and present OCV shareholders.
I fail to see any fairness in the proposed Legal Action by FORMER Shareholders. Mums and Dads like ourselves have still got shares in OCV and we face major major losses if not a total capital write off. Why should a large institution who sold out presumably at 99 cents and above (possibly acting on knowledge we didn't have) have the opportinity to gain more $$$ at the expense of poor Mums and Dads who are stuck and cannot sell OCV at present.
I believe this LEGAL action by non shareholders is MORALLY AND ETHICALLY wrong because it has the potential to destroy what little is left of shareholder wealth and eliminate any possible upside for current mums and dads OCV shareholders.
TO ENSURE 100% EQUITY for ALL, IT ALMOST FORCES ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO PARTICIPATE IN A LEGAL ACTION, EVEN IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED. I HOPE CHRIS SCOTT has some excellent lawyers / solicitors on board.
