Hi all,
My opinion is that SDA is NOT going down but UP, it has solid business that is hard to replicate and if you look at the numbers taking debt out of the equation once yielding the stock at 15% the stock is worth between $1.30 - $1.50 per share
75% of it business is recurring business and while people are "shorting" NOT "dumping" this stock there is a impressive opportunity in front of us to double our investment at these levels.
Take a look back to early September this year investors have made serious investment at the $1.1 - $1.2 mark and looking at current capex spent and synergies through the Globecom acquisition of $50 m i think you'll find your selling SDAs future short.
Yes it has a high level of debt and we expect board members to lower debt in the coming years, HOWEVER while debt is cheap and the opportunity for the business is there to grow Debt is not the enemy in a low rate market.
