She was careless sloppy and arrogant. She didn't inform the Board she was going to sell her shares, she got relocation expenses and tried to run the business from Melbourne, she missed revenue consensus and cost shareholders $2 in the share price (for the second time) when all she had to do was rein back expenses by less than 20m and all that could have been avoided. My way or the highway and stuff the shareholders. Arrogance and hubris. Good riddance.
