I can understand your sentiment..
BUT we as individual SH's, large and small, are not privy to all the intricate details...are we?
I personally do not see litigation as just a means to claim $$. If institutions force disclosure through litigation and therefore clarify the situation that will be worth a great deal us all IMO.
Perhaps and this is a real stretch their perspective can highlight flaws and bring new insight.
Consider these possiblities before damning or excluding any input/claims.
Perhaps, again, the dealings with institutions show things that general SH's dont experience or understand??

I certainly dont know where this is going and where it will end up but people like Ben Slade have much more info and expertise to judge this saga as it continues to evolve.

Keep an open mind and dont just blame the few big names we know about...I say.
Theres got to be much more to this than we see in the newspaper..dont you think??

Remember the whole market was interacting and impacting on MFS and many,many factors went into this predicament.
No good blaming ##everyone## but very interesting to understand..imo.

I think in the past... society has blamed the wrong players and that needs to be understood..Of course I could be wrong because I am totally unskilled and uninvolved but it sure looks a lot more complex than I once thought.
