All the people I know who are cleverer than me on TA (everybody) have said $3.50 is the magic turning point. I posted some TA graphs in the week showing their reasoning. On the other hand, if your intention is to hold EVN for a multi-yearly basis then the gyrations don't matter that much. As crude as it is, any fund manager will tell you the most important metric after all other considerations is cash flow. And EVN makes buckets of cash. What else is there?
