Chasing down “John Easterling” doesn't exactly inspire confidence in his ability as a “world-renowned” medical formulations expert. His “Amazon Herb Company” hasn’t had an update since the 22nd of September 2016

It’s just as bad when they trotted out the sometimes geologist that was involved in QBL.
They’ve done a great deal here swapping 80% of their “company” (lol) for shares in a spec stock.
Seriously, whenever you look into the details of these ridiculous announcements there is always a lack of expertise and correspondingly an outlay of significant shares or cash (mostly shares) to acquire another non profitable asset at the end of them.
It all makes for a good story for everyone except shareholders once again.
