    I don't believe its unfounded. At the AGM it was mentioned that although they don't need to raise capital to fund the day to day operations, some investors were suggesting they take advantage of the potential for increased sales which would require additional funds. I had the impression from the comments that it was an option being considered by the BoD, even though it wasn't essential.

    IMO now that they have been awarded the CE mark and can start selling product in the UK and Europe, it will give an added reason to pursue such a move. I don't think they are in a hurry, but if they sense the opportunity they will take it, and I don't see anything wrong with that. Raising $20-$40m, especially if all existing investors are allowed to participate won't cause much dilution but will give them capital to employ more sales personal and push marketing initiatives.

    No-one has said why this would really be unreasonable.
