To be perfectly honest I think every argument on these forums holds the weight of a rice puff, and while they can be fun to consider and play around with, ultimately lawyers will be in control of this whole situation for the next couple of months and they’re too crafty for us to predict anything on the limited information we have. While it’s no secret that I think these guys have acted like a hungry pack of wild dogs and deserve their comeuppance, I’m tiring of trying to predict how this will play out so for now I’m going to give up, enjoy reading whatever pops up in the water cooler times and wait for the result.
