YES!! This is perfectly played by management!!
The cut-off to pay for the options is 5pm Thursday, so in theory, on a huge pop in the SP today, there would have been a lot of selling (which settles Wednesday evening) to fund the options conversions.
Now ... There will not be any selling pressure tomorrow from those looking to scalp the options as the settlement of the shares will be Thursday evening, i.e. AFTER the 5pm options cutoff !!
