I think Macquarie's 50c price target is a bit bearish. My 12-month target is 60c. I think they are ambitious valuing Mt Dudlin at $100m. I don't think you would get any buyers if you put it on the market at that valuation. You might start getting some bids around $50-75m. Once you factor in capex there, they are barely profitable, if at all. Small mine life. SDV is probably worth about $50-100m. I agree with Mac that JB is worthless. But to be generous I'll give it a valuation of $2m as the land itself probably has some value.
Joe Lowry came out the other day saying that pricing will continue to decline well into next year. He's a lithium bull. Looks like my US$400-500 USD prediction quite a while ago was spot on. I see prices going to around USD$450/t and then hovering around there into the foreseeable future. Pricing won't rebound like many are assuming will occur. At that price level there will be enough production to meet demand. There would need to be a big spike in demand to see a price recovery, which I just don't see happening.
