They are just low-down blackmailers, and - maybe - inefficient as well. In actual fact I wouldn't be surprised if it is a one-man outfit consisting of Mr Hoffman and some casual hired help only. But that's surmise only!
What I can't understand is that nobody from BMN in Namibia gets on the phone or close-up and personal to the Namibian Ministry of MInes and try and settle that case - but of course they're all based in Perth.
In the meantime we have a fairly good and professional-sounding message from Stanley.
