Not so much didn't care. Done on purpose to give FAR no time to pursue, hoping FAR will fall over.
To make it harder again for FAR, WPL decided on buying the FPSO. It may be cheaper in the long run,
BUT, it makes it harder again for FAR as the money has to be up frontend. Again, done on purpose.
I just would like to know what Petrosen and CNE's thoughts are on all these.
