afraid I must agree, manipulation will never stop but no one complains when it is going up, KB has publicly stated the downturn came as a big surprise, PLS do not have a reliable history supported by financials, me I am sitting adding, all in the belief that time will improve the PLS fortune along with superior demand for a product and producer that can provide large volume reliable supply, the petition will fail more time should bespent assessing PLS not the market forces.
Should PLS provide advice and proof they can produce a profit then the sp. will almost certainly rise, shorters get it wrong lots of hedge funds go broke and their investors as well, so welcome one and all to Mr Market I might also add without the measured imput of algos and bot trading providing some overall stability to markets there would most likely be huge swings and collapses along with iliquidity for many stocks and then we find ourselves living the life of "BUcket Shops" and Jessee Livermore-------------------I think PLS hs a good chance and listing on the London Metals Exchange for Li baseds futures may well make a very positive contribution along with cornerstone investment and supply agreements , it will all take time , I am down over 60% but still believe I can in the longer run make a significant profit
