Several companies in hospitality and fast-food industry (7-eleven, Subway, Grilled, Dominos, WOW, multiple high-end restaurants including Rockpool) were caught underpaying staff, recently. According to press, it seems it is common practise to underpay staff, but somehow CKF has so far avoided any underpayment scandal.
Just wondering if this is good thing (management has done an excellent job) or a bad thing (something can come out in the future).
I guess CKF is making strong cashflow, so it doesn’t make sense to under pay their staff?
