One of the sources of U on world markets has been de-commissioned Russian nuclear warheads. I can see that decommissioning slowing, if not stopping altogether.
Who knows? Maybe they will feel threatened enough to start re-commissioning many of these weapons.
My advice is buy Uranium stocks. Look the the U price from the early 70's to the early 80's to see what nuclear build-ups can do for the Uranium price.
