Yes that gap has looked like a magnet for the last week and a half. Looks like there's already some early bird buying with much higher volume today but only a pretty narrow spread down bar in response. The volume profile shows that past trading to the left gets significantly thicker at $2.33, so you'd think price should start to be defended strongly around there if it tries to poke through the gap, and it will be at unprecedented oversold levels if it keeps going. Somewhere inside that green box and about now looks a good time and place for a strong bounce.
