PLACEMENT TO BHUSHAN STEEL
Bowen Energy Limited (ASX Code: BWN/ BWNO) ( Bowen ) is pleased to advise that Bhushan Steel
(Australia) Pty Ltd has agreed to take a placement of 1,750,000 shares at a price of $0.32 per share to
raise a total of $560,000.
The Board also wishes to advise that, subject to the placement proceeding, Bhushan will be invited to
nominate a new director to the Board of Bowen. The name of the new nominee will be announced
upon completion of the placement and requisite notifications.
