If 45 barrels of fluid flowed to surface doesn't that indicate that good pressure is building in the 2m section and that oil is likely to flow? The 45 barrels 'surge' could of taken place in 2 hours, not one day...from my novice understanding this announcement is inconclusive and can not be observed in either a positive/negative way.

I'll hold and wait for the reopening of this section for conclusive testing + testing of Riachuelo carbonates, and of course 440B (where all the real action will happen imo).
