Transparency

Hi , I am reluctant to increase my position in what looks on the surface to be buying $1 for 80 cents. Reason is lack of transparency into dividends & Loan interest from sites supporting the dividend being paid. Usually this results in a mark down in stock price which looks to be the case here. Hope someone has better information than me.
