As I understood it, if a person is in poossesion of privileged information then they are not allowed to trade, refgardless of their position.

Remember Rene Rivkin, inside trading on that airline thing?

Now PW, while not a director, is in possesion of the same info as MS, but PW does buy ?

The only difference I am aware of is that a director must delare the trade and a non director does not.
