Not sure what pro communist would write this but he makes it sound like russia 'voluntarily' removed these weapons from Eastern Europe. Now most will know thats a load of cr^&. Russia was never welcome in these countries- Russia was never invited to invade as it did and kill off thousands.

They withdrew because the former USSR's economy collapsed and the military went into disarray as a result - the disarray was so bad that they left Ukraine with a bunch of radioactive materials that Ukraine then had to ask the EU and Europe help secure from potential theft. To make it sound like they withdrew because they were trying to do the right thing is just ridiculous. The propaganda on both sides is everywhere but trying to make ex KGB Putin out as some hero is going a little too far and is seriously printed for the unintelligent masses out there.
