In 2018 AGM - RF also has mentioned that he wouldn't mind seeing this project go side ways a bit to get the sharks circling (better deals can then be done) for the resources. It appears his timing for resources uptrends may be happening again with clq. He has done this before with great success. Its all in the timing and I believe this mine will be built - be patient and you will be rewarded.
