WAKE UP people..
this stock was worth $8 twelve months ago.. its now worth 1/50 or the original price... properties price cannot drop that quickly.. i just can't see a centro shopping centre worth $1 billion 12 months ago selling for $20,000,000.. if any, the value would drop 50% at max.
