surely he couldn't sell just prior a bad ann - would be way to suss. He could however sell before a good ann without any complaints of insider trading. You'd think he'd wait tho - but maybe he desperately needed the cash. Or maybe he is genuinely in the dark and pays bugger all attention to CVN and didn't even realise an ann is due.
