I had posted while the placement took place that the size of the dilution 30+% from memory will make any numerical SP increment limited because market cap magnified with those extra shares.
For once I tend to believe the broker more when the running commentary about the over supply extending into 2020. Although PLS was able to raise so much capital under the circumstances is credit to them. Ends justify means perhaps? It just buys them some time. The real Q is why the need to raise so much capital? Why CATL came on hoard? The only charity here is a vulture playing a long game waiting to pounce should the SHTF. I’m a realist. Anyone of you down rappers with a financial interest willing to pay my internet fees , I’m all ears. Cheap as chips for my service. Lol.
