That risk has been hanging over WA uranium explorers for a while. Talk about soverign risk.
I dont think companies will have a leg to stand on if such legislation is passed, they did take up the ground with the risk hanging over their heads.
The bad thing will be that if this gets up, I am sure Qld will follow WA.
At least SA and the NT have got their heads screwed on right.
