It is possible that they could expand the market with PNV, with a lower price point, lower risks, more surgeons and patients could opt for it. But until they have the data to prove it, they should stick with the conservative figures. For now, a $2bn market is still fantastic good.
Glad to hear you and some others here enjoyed the read. This is one of the joys of investing, getting to learn about things you never would have otherwise learned. Some of my friends and acquaintances in the medical industry have been surprised at my technical questions... "So what do you do for a living again?" is often their question.
