i agree houses dont cost the same, but just like in building there are fixed cost regardless of the size of the home so couldn't we not make the same assumption around building a mine..
without searching, who came up with the $40m usd to construct? Just seems a little undervalued when comparing someone who has a EPC to build a mine...
trying to research any other graphite players out there with a EPC.
but i can understand what you are saying, it may not be as simple as im assuming.
