Funnily enough the cash is not an issue... when BFS/DFS is done.
Big cash is not needed until all the ANSTO and Bateman separation stuff is done, but noise has been made that commitment is there.
Of course there is a difference between talk and happening, but Director purchase of Lynas shares shows that a belief (by those in the know) in the market certainly exists.
We need ANSTO and IPL to finsh up and then the money will come... as will a desperate bunch of customers.
Interesting to note that the big end of town expects China to whack more tariffs on exports of Phosphate too.
