Hi Rick, yes l agree it will be interesting to see how they go next week - I will continue running both as is, i.e. strategy 1 in demo and strategy 2 live.

Anyway, today's EA-based grid trading update is as follows:

Strategy 1:

Still not much happening here. The 5 markets that were running yesterday are still all open - see the daily net position table below for their current positions:



Strategy 2:

Of the 5 markets this strategy was applied to yesterday, 2 were closed within 24 hours for a profit (EURCAD & USDCHF) and the remaining 3 remain open since they are in a net losing position atm - see lower section of daily net position table above. The updated summary of closed live runs is shown in the table and graph below, and the 2 closed runs screenshots below that (I have now modified the EA so I don't have to manually close the run anymore, so the closeouts are now shown). Still only 1 loss out of 23 runs, so that is so far consistent with the backtesting I did, and now almost $70 in profit so I have a bit of a buffer to cover the next loss (always happier once I have built up a profit buffer against potential losses):
