Weeell, cap raising at 3 is about as good as we could have hoped for. And for purchase orders rather than just generally scraping by. However it would be nice to know what the value of associated orders is.
The broker will surely dump their allocation for cash, who knows about the other unnamed individuals.
Not quite the end of the world anyway.
