As part of the requesting group I can say that was not the case.
It will be interesting to see how stoaty represents the complexetys of what has gone down .
Not that he really needs to explain to the commentators on HC. Maybe those that have shares and are interested should contact him via email. As he has put his address out there.

My personal view is the requesting group needed better candidates with less skeletons in the closet. If we/someone were to attempt this path again I'd be wanting some international candidates in the mix rather than the "talent pool" of the australian fraternity of Directors .

In the mean time there has been further communication between the board and the group after things broke down awile ago which resulted in the 249D path.

It is still unclear to me is what is the discrepancy in the results? Is it drilling or metallurgy or both.
