quite agree, PE981 ... why punish innocent shareholders for the misdeeds of management .. ASIC must go after the directors and senior executives BIG TIME ... huge fines and jail .. only way that powerful companies and executives will learn to toe the line ... it's easier of course to fine the corporate body, but the law must be changed to make the directors and chief executives personally accountable for misdeeds ...
