You're entitled to your opinion but all information is announced to the ASX, he merely tweets content from these announcements or broader graphite info.
If my understanding is correct, all company related tweets would need approval from other directors.
Perhaps he hasn't tweeted because he has read posters such as yourself getting upset and has now refrained from doing so.
