Obtaining information about OZB has been frustrated by the Chairman. A complaint has been lodged with the ASX/ASIC. At the next General Meeting I seek a members mandate to: - Review the accounts, - Assess the appropriateness of the selling 49% of the company’s assets at a significant discount.
