Do any of the other Melbourne attendees remember Mike talking about the Strike they received at the AGM last year.
The speculation at the time was that the strike was because of the "dodgy" way the performance shares were awarded, when in fact Mike's explanation was not as dramatic, and if you take it at face value then Fidelity?? are actually still supporting and advocates of FBR's efforts.
I didn't quite catch the explanation, but it was along the lines of Fidelity( I think) due to their constitution had to automatically vote against (strike) the remuneration report? as it pertained to non-executive directors receiving/not receiving, or being entitled to/not being entitled to the performance shares??
Hoping someone can fill the gaps please.
