I have been told there has been movement around the Katanga province but it seems most of it are ex-rebels who are either being integrated into the army or trying to find themselves somewhere to settle.
These tribal cultures don't mix well and flare ups are common but hopefully this is nothing to worry about.
All in all, the situation over the whole country seems to be going relatively well. BBC has a few positive stories on their website.
